Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and understand how you use the site.
2. How SignVow uses cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies, categorised as follows:
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| cookie_consent | Records your cookie consent preference | 1 year |
Analytics cookies (optional)
We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 to understand how visitors use our website. Before you accept cookies, Google Analytics operates in cookieless mode — no cookies are set and no personally identifiable data is collected. Only anonymous, aggregated signals are sent to help us measure basic traffic. When you click "Accept", Google Analytics sets cookies to provide more detailed usage insights. If you decline, it remains in cookieless mode for the duration of your visit.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes unique visitors | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Maintains session state | 2 years |
IP addresses are anonymised before being sent to Google. We do not use Google Analytics data for advertising purposes. See Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
3. Third-party cookies
SignVow does not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not sell data to advertisers or use tracking pixels.
Our website may load resources from:
- Google Analytics — for website usage analytics (only if you accept cookies; see above)
- Google Fonts — for web font delivery (Google may set cookies; see their Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare — for CDN and security (may set a
__cf_bmcookie for bot detection)
4. Signing application cookies
The document signing application (used when you sign a document via SignVow) uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage. No analytics or marketing cookies are set during the signing process.
5. Managing cookies
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Service from functioning correctly.
You can also withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, after which the cookie banner will appear again.
6. Contact
